VISION: To impact lives for positive change for people everywhere
We are a communications company. We combine passion, experience and innovation, and use creative expressions to develop projects that address social issues and that create solutions. Our projects connect people, impact lives for positive change and help grow businesses.
Our projects look, mainly though not exclusively, through the lens of black and brown people and those that are marginalised in society - and we give a different perspective, creating an appreciation of, and respect for difference.
So we positively promote the skills, capabilities and excellence of those most marginalised, empowering them to dream big and to know that they have value and are necessary to the progress of the community in which they live and to society at large.
We help public and private sector organisations meet their EDI goals in respect of the ‘race’ protected characteristic. We also help companies to gain and retain customers by giving them access to hard-to-reach audiences, by expertly and knowledgeably crafting messages for them that are authentic and trusted by our communities.
We want to live and breath in a world where people are not denied access or opportunities because of the colour of their skin.
Therefore, our projects inform the uninformed and empower the underrepresented. We believe that together we can make tangible, positive changes for a better and more harmonious and sustainable future for all.
We support the charity Art Alive Arts Trust www.artalive.org.uk founded in 1997, which has helped thousands of young people to discover their true potential through creativity.
We are unique because our projects are not simply original ideas, they are movements that are talked about in community networks from the churches to the barber shops; hair salons, on social media, radio, TV and print.
We understand the importance of touching the hearts and minds of EVERY generation in the family, because every generation has a story, an opinion and a rich fabric of experience that weaves into our history. We are passionate about using creativity because creativity has always and will always be the beating heart of our authenticity.
All That Media was founded by Judah Meade in 2017 but did not start trading. Judah set the company up because he was frustrated with the lack of opportunities for young black men but didn’t want to just complain about being marginalised and misrepresented - he wanted to do something; make a difference and to be part of the change that would help black youth aspire and fulfil their potential and career ambitions.
So All That Media, was set up to promote black excellence and disrupt the negative narrative and stereotyping, however Judah put the business on hold to pursue a University degree which he thought would give him an advantage and improve his prospects.
After graduating with honours in 2022 he successfully launched as a Film Director , formed a diverse team with decades of collective experience and restarted the business. The rest will ...’make’ history….
